Shipping Policy — Studio xOx

1. Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping & Pickup Options

  • Standard Shipping (Under 200kg): Orders under 200kg are shipped via trusted courier partners like Australia Post or TNT.

  • Freight Shipping (Over 200kg): Orders over 200kg, or those containing large or fragile items, are sent via freight carrier. These require special handling and delivery coordination.

  • Local Pickup (When Available): For select in-stock items, local pickup is available from our Kingsford studio. If an item is eligible for pickup, the option will appear at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Orders under 200kg will see real-time rates at checkout.

  • For orders over 200kg, or those requiring freight, we may contact you to confirm the most suitable shipping method and final freight cost.

  • In some cases, a separate freight invoice may be issued prior to dispatch.

4. Dispatch & Lead Times

  • Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Made-to-order items typically ship within 4–8 weeks, depending on the design and production timeline.

  • Custom-designed pieces may take longer. You’ll receive a confirmed timeline after placing your order.

  • Pre-order items will ship once stock is available. We’ll keep you updated with estimated dispatch details.

5. Delivery & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • For freight deliveries, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the goods, as freight delivery is curbside and may require assistance to unload.

6. Oversize & Remote Area Surcharges

  • Larger items may attract an oversize handling or packaging protection fee.

  • Remote or regional addresses may incur additional shipping charges — we’ll notify you if that applies before dispatch.

7. Damages & Delivery Issues

  • Please inspect your order on arrival.

  • If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can sort it out quickly.

  • For redelivery due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or no access, redelivery fees may apply.

8. Returns

  • We accept returns on standard (non-custom) items within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your expense.

  • Made-to-order and custom-designed items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Mirrors Shipping Terms

All mirrors from Studio xOx are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing, and 5–10 business days for shipping depending on your location.

We offer Australia-wide shipping. Mirrors are shipped via trusted freight partners with tracking provided once your order leaves our warehouse. Due to the fragile nature of our products, someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery. If damage is suspected, please note it with the driver and contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Lead Time

Each mirror in our collection is proudly Australian made, crafted to order with precision, care, and high-quality materials. As a result, our mirrors are not mass-produced — they’re built for those who value craftsmanship and intentional design.

Standard lead time is 5–8 weeks from the date of order.

This allows time for:

Local production and hand-finishing

Custom colour or specification (if applicable)

Thorough quality checks before dispatch

We believe good design is worth the wait. By manufacturing locally, we ensure better quality control, support Australian makers, and reduce environmental impact.

Once your mirror is complete, we’ll carefully package it and send tracking details so you know exactly when it’s on its way.

If you’re working to a specific deadline or need the mirror by a certain date, please get in touch before placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Warranty

All Studio xOx mirrors include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults related to the frame, backing, or glass integrity.

This warranty does not cover:

– Installation damage
– Incorrect handling or use
– Water damage or moisture exposure
– Scratches or marks from abrasive cleaning products

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
