Crafting Luxury
At Studio xOx, we transcend the ordinary, weaving a tapestry of luxury and refinement that speaks to the heart of exclusivity and elegance. Our vision is one of transformation – a journey where spaces cease to be mere environments and become immersive experiences rich with depth and meaning.

From concept to completion, we pour our hearts and souls into every detail, ensuring that each space we touch becomes a masterpiece of design. But our vision extends beyond aesthetics; it encompasses a holistic approach to interior design beyond selling products.
We aim to foster connections, spark inspiration, and evoke emotions – transforming houses into homes and spaces into sanctuaries. In the realm of Studio xOx, luxury is not just a status symbol; it’s a way of life. It’s about crafting experiences as unforgettable as they are extraordinary, where purposeful design and unwavering passion converge to create something truly timeless and transcendent.

With Studio xOx by your side, your vision of creating luxurious yet affordable spaces, whether for an Airbnb, small hotel, B&B, or private retreat, becomes a reality. We’re here to support all types of projects, ensuring that each one reflects your unique style and ethos.
The Linnaeus Collection all began with the Yannopoulos family’s love affair with Jervis Bay and the historic village of Berry, tucked away along the coastal route.
For Peter Yannopoulos, a property enthusiast intensely appreciating the land and its connection to human experience, the dream took shape over decades. Inspired by the work of renowned Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus, who celebrated the harmony between living organisms and their environment, Peter envisioned a sanctuary honouring nature’s abundance while nurturing the human soul.
Thus, Linnaeus Farm was born—a testament to Peter’s commitment to quality development, supported by his family’s unwavering dedication and the creative vision.
Their collaboration with Simone Mathews, the visionary behind Soul Home and The Pause, added the final touch—a deconstructed hotel experience that marries luxury with the comfort of home. Each property within the Linnaeus Collection offers guests a chance to embrace the extraordinary to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.
From the lush landscapes of Berry to the serene waterfront of Kiama, the Linnaeus Collection stands as a testament to the power of shared passion and the boundless possibilities that emerge when creativity and purpose converge.

One of the key principles in designing with dark hues lies in the artful balance of contrast.
As interior designers, we often find ourselves drawn to the allure of light and airy spaces, where neutral tones reign supreme and natural light dances effortlessly across pristine surfaces. However, another realm of design exists – one characterised by depth, drama, and the subtle interplay of shadow and light.
At Studio xOx, we embrace the timeless elegance of dark hues, recognizing their transformative power in shaping the ambience of a space. These tones, from bold blacks to rich greys and moody charcoals, possess a captivating allure that invites exploration and experimentation.
Contrary to popular belief, decorating with dark hues does not equate to gloominess or a sense of confinement. Instead, when utilized thoughtfully, these colours serve as a canvas for creativity, imbuing a room with a sense of intimacy, sophistication, and depth.
Consider the impact of our Argento Grey Marble Mosaics in a moody powder room or the striking presence of our Grigio Terrazzo flooring in an undercroft bathroom. These dark tones anchor the space and provide a backdrop against which lighter elements can truly shine.
