Since opening our doors Studio xOx has worked on improving the in-studio experience by making incremental changes to how consumers interact with the space. Studio Manager Abby Leggett’s first priority was to add external signage on our storefront.

When done right, signage can communicate brand, inform and engage potential customers to a point where they can’t resist stopping to see what the store has to offer. Wording was everything when it came to the signage on the xOx storefront. “Using the term ‘Boutique’ felt more on brand than store or showroom” Abby remarks, as the customer experience of the studio puts an emphasis on customer service and bespoke products.

Incorporating a sign on both the door and the awning completes the story of the beautiful facade of the studio. The signage draws attention to the studio, but most importantly gives customers the autonomy to understand the concept at a glance; bespoke bathware & homewares that are Australian made.
