The palatial Manticore residences are opulence and grace defined. The two apartments complement and contrast each other to magnificent effect, with just enough subtlety in their differences to curate two entirely distinct design profiles. Developed by architectural visionaries Manticore Projects with interior design by the talented Mia Lake Interiors, the Taren Point apartments overlook a coastal landscape, and feature natural stone, wood, and marble for a vibrant and modern look. 

The first apartment has a spacious and breezy feel, with its open-plan structure, generous glass windows, and contrasting palette of blacks, whites, lighter stones, and natural wood. Faucet Strommen tapware in brushed gold is used brilliantly to create a consistent yet punchy impact across the space. We love how it softens and adds warmth to the cooler stones used in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. 

The kitchen is luscious with a contemporary, sophisticated aesthetic combining different finishes which bring out the best in one another. Matte white cabinets are perched above black cabinets for a moody, dramatic touch. Natural wood lines one of the walls and works cohesively against the elegant vertical lines cascading down the Elba marble stone benchtop. Just dreamy.

The master bathroom is show-stopping, with its floor to ceiling Tundra marble collaborating perfectly with black cabinetry and clever under-cabinet lighting to add depth and warmth to the space. 

The second apartment gives off a more mysterious yet equally as visually striking impression. Here, it’s a more masculine, heady design featuring black marble with white variations within, black cabinetry, and sleek gunmetal Faucet Strommen tapware. This sense of coolness emanates through to the master bathroom with brushed black sapphire tapware whose metallic, deep grey lustre juxtaposes wonderfully with the darker shades of stone here.
