Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind on a non-custom item(s), you may return it to us within 14 days of the date that you received the item(s), no questions asked. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return. This includes the costs of shipping the item(s) to you in the first place and the cost of shipping the item(s). 

We have a zero-return policy on items that are not faulty, damaged or broken on arrival after the above mentioned 14-day period. If the item(s) is faulty, damaged, or broken please contact the After Sales Team on sales@studioxox.com.au as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include:

·       Products described as ‘Made to order’, ‘custom’, or ‘bespoke’.

·       All forms of clearance stock (e.g. warehouse, floor stock etc)

·       Clearance items

·       Gift Cards

·       Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
